ORDERING AND DELIVERY

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at contact@stormxstudios.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

 

 

Can i cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please send an email to contact@stormxstudios.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accomodate your request. However, once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that the purchase can be cancelled.

 

When will my order arrive?

Orders will be delivered within 3 to 15 days, depending on your order.Shipping to countries outside of Costa Rica may take up to 35-40 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

 

Important note *: Due to the saturation of courier companies the delivery may take longer than normal. If your order has not been delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to Costa Rica, USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Panama, UK, Belice, España and Republica Dominicana

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

I have not received my order, where is it?

- Please check the following before contacting our customer service team:

- Check you have received an email confirming your order has been dispatched.

- Check the tracking information that is included in your dispatch confirmation email using the relevant link.

- Check for emails, phone calls and attempted delivery cards from one of couriers, it may be that your parcel is being held at your local depot awaiting collection or redelivery.

- Check nobody at your address has taken the delivery on your behalf.

- Although our couriers should not leave your parcel with a neighbour its always worth checking with your neighbour just in case.

RETURNS

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange your item to us only if there is a manufacturing error, within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via contact@stormxstudios.com. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging and shipping when returning an item.

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via contact@stormxstudios.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within 5 days after receiving the item into our warehouse.

PAYMENTS

What payment methods are available?

Paypal, bank transfer, deposit cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, etc.) and credit and debit cards such as VISA, MASTERCARD AND AMEX.

When will my payment be debited from my account?

Your bank account will be debited as soon as your order has been placed. Pending payments will be stopped and not sent until full payment is received by Represent.

How is Storm Studios checkout and payment systems managed?

Our checkout is managed by Shopify, Tilopay, Coinbase Commerce and Paypal
