Our priority is your safety and that of our workers. We have defined a very strict protocol and taken all security measures, to remain fully operational online and send your orders safely.

If you want to place your order, you can do it normally. 

National Shipments last minimum from 1 to 15 business days and are carried out by Correos de Costa Rica.

International Shipments have an additional cost depending on the country, they have a duration of a month and a half and are carried out by Correos de Costa Rica

Important note *: Due to the saturation of courier companies the delivery may take longer than normal. If your order has not been delivered in a reasonable time, please contact us.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Since the merchandise offered on Stormxstudios is special ordered merchandise and sold for a limited time. You can only make the exchange if the product is available at the time.
